OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A man accused of firing off a gun inside an Oshkosh house and striking an adjacent residence is also facing child pornography possession charges.
Just after 4 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to a weapons complaint in the 800 block of Central Street.
It was reported that an individual was discharging a firearm in the residence.
A short time later, the suspect, a 25-year-old Oshkosh man, exited the residence and was taken into custody without incident.

A further search revealed child sexual abuse materials in the suspect’s possession.
Police say they are recommending the following charges: eight counts of recklessly endangering safety, two counts of criminal damage to property, three counts of child pornography possession and endangering safety by setting a spring gun.
